Tour of Christmas mangers in Puglia
1st day: Participants arrival in Puglia, hotel accommodation, dinner and overnight stay.
2nd day: Breakfast in hotel, departure for Lecce, a famous town for its Baroque architecture. Lunch at restaurant. In the afternoon departure for Salice Salentino. Visit to a famous Manger made with paper mache. In the evening return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
3rd day: Breakfast in hotel, in the morning visit of Castellana Grotte, the most famous speleological complex in Italy; the caves are considered as an unique
example of underground natural caves the most important of Italy and of Europe. Lunch at restaurant. In the afternoon transfer to Alberobello, a little town famous all over the world for its “trulli”, typical house buildings, today world heritage site of UNESCO. In the evening return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
4th day: Breakfast in hotel, in the morning departure for Matera, famous town for its “Sassi”, the dug caves in the natural rock. Lunch at restaurant in Matera.
In the afternoon visit to a famous “Living Manger” of Matera. In the evening return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
5th day: Breakfast in hotel, in the morning visit of “Castel del Monte”; the mysterious octagonal manor, declared world heritage site of UNESCO. After the visit transfer to vinery and wine taste. Lunch at restaurant. In the afternoon departure for Trani and visit of small town on the sea. Visit of Cathedrals and Castel. In the evening return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
6th day: Breakfast in hotel, tour end.
